When I was in junior high school, I started getting acne every day, as if my previously beautiful skin was a lie, and by the end of a month, it had worsened to the point where my face was almost covered in acne.

It is said that the first three hours of sleep are the most important . The most important thing is how well you can get a good night’s sleep during those three hours, and if you look at the screen of an electronic device right before bed, your brain will not be able to sleep even if you fall asleep.
Humans secrete growth hormone while they sleep, and this growth hormone repairs skin and other tissues. In addition, because the skin repeatedly turns over, lack of sleep delays that turnover and worsens skin roughness.
So these are the three things I put into practice.
・Electronic devices such as smartphones are closed until 9 p.m. ・Get into bed by 10pm - Get at least 7 hours and 30 minutes of sleep

Drink at least 2L of water every day
This is one thing I still continue to do.
I think many young people like soft drinks, or so-called juices. I especially loved carbonated drinks and would drink a lot of them every day.
However, the substances contained in juice cannot be said to be good for the body. Contains a lot of sugar. Drinking juices is not recommended as too much of them can cause skin irritation.
So, try replacing the drinks you usually drink with water.
Water contains almost no impurities like juice and is said to be good for the body, so please try to drink at least 2L every day!
I go to the supermarket to buy water once every two days. lol
If you think it’s a little difficult, I think it might be a good idea to have a water server at home!
Wash your face only twice: in the morning and at night
How many times do you usually wash your face?
Some people only wash their face at night, while others wash their face multiple times a day.
If you wash your face incorrectly, it can actually irritate your skin.
Here is the method I put into practice.
・Wash your face only twice: in the morning and at night ・Wash your face with water in the morning (use face wash only at night) ・After lathering the face wash, gently spread it over your face without touching your hands. - Finish washing your face for 30 seconds and rinse thoroughly. ・Rinse with lukewarm water of about 35℃, and finally tighten pores with cold water.
I think it’s okay to wash your face with just water in the morning because it’s not as dirty as at night.
If you touch your face with your hands, the bacteria on your hands may stick, or your face may rub, causing skin irritation. Therefore, try not to touch your face with your hands.
If you wash your face for too long, you will strip away the ingredients your skin needs, so be sure to wash your face for as little as 30 seconds.
Finally, rinse off with lukewarm water, then use cold water to tighten your pores.
Change your pillowcase every day
What kind of pillow do you usually sleep on?
I sleep with a towel on my pillow.
Pillows naturally get dirty while you sleep.
If you put your face on that pillow every day, dirt will stick to your face, which will definitely cause skin irritation, so be sure to do this thoroughly.
Use skin care that suits you
This is very important.

I’m not sure if the skin care products I’m currently using are suitable for my skin, but I haven’t experienced any worsening of my rough skin while using them.
My skin was so rough that I went to the dermatologist many times and used medicine many times, but it didn’t get any better.
I think there are some people for whom hospital medicines don’t suit them, so I think it would be a good idea to try commercially available skin care products.
