The “Sunday reset” trend can look like an aesthetic cleaning montage. The useful version is shorter: an hour that makes the next five mornings easier.
The 60-minute plan
10 min — Wardrobe
Check the weather and pick outfits for Monday to Wednesday. Iron or steam anything that needs it and hang them together.
20 min — Kitchen
Cook one protein (dal, chana, paneer, chicken or eggs) and chop one or two vegetables. Soak anything that needs soaking.
10 min — Calendar
Look at the week: deadlines, birthdays, bills, appointments. Put the three things that matter most on a sticky note.
10 min — Reset one space
Just one — your desk, your bag or your bedside table. Not the whole house.
10 min — Care
A face mask, a stretch, a call to someone you love. End the hour on something that feels good.
Make it stick
Do it at the same time every week and keep it to an hour. The point is a calmer Monday, not a perfect Sunday.
